Through learning about, practicing, and applying Delta's Grad Skills,  Delta students become reflective, empowered learners who are able to own their strengths as well as their areas of growth. In advisory, students learn about and practice the Grad Skills, while simultaneously applying them in their coursework. Quarterly, students look back on their development in the Grad Skills and annually present their growth and an improvement plan to their advisory.
